Shipping & Returns
Every piece is made to order, just for you. Here’s how shipping and returns work.
Turnaround
We print each piece to order, by hand. Shipping is included in the price. Most orders ship within 5 business days. At checkout you see the date your order ships by.
Damaged, wrong, or defective
If your piece arrives damaged, wrong, or defective, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we’ll reprint and ship a replacement at no cost. Whether we reprint or refund is our call, made in your favour.
Personalized items
Every piece is made to order with your names and words on it, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges once it’s printed — unless it arrives damaged, wrong, or defective, as above.
