our commitment

Accessibility statement

LoveBits.ai should be usable by everyone who wants to design and order a keepsake, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, voice control, magnification or high-contrast settings. Last reviewed October 5, 2026.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, across the public site, account, checkout and the design Studio. We are working toward that target and are not yet fully conformant: the list below says where. This is our own assessment, not a third-party certification.

What we do

  • Every page works with the keyboard alone, has a skip link, a page title, headings and landmarks, and a visible focus ring.
  • Text and controls meet WCAG contrast ratios. Colour is never the only way we show a state.
  • Forms have visible labels, tell you what went wrong in text next to the field, and work with password managers and autofill. Password and form fields allow pasting.
  • Pages reflow down to a 320 px wide window and stay usable at 400% zoom.
  • Animation respects your system reduced-motion setting, and the landing page has a Pause animation button.
  • Tooltips can be dismissed with Escape, can be hovered, and never carry information that is not available elsewhere. You can turn them off in your account.
  • The site is available in many languages, with the correct page language and right-to-left layout for Arabic and Urdu.
  • Order emails are plain, single-column HTML with a plain-text version and text alternatives for images.

Known limitations

  • 3D preview. The Studio draws your design in a 3D view that a screen reader cannot read. Its controls (names, fonts, colours, size and so on) are ordinary form controls, but we are still testing the Studio with assistive technology and some actions, especially ones that involve dragging pieces on the canvas, may be harder than they should be.
  • Landing film. The scrolling film on the home page is a picture of the product. A full text transcript is provided for screen readers, and the animation can be paused.
  • Payments. Card and address fields are provided by our payment processor, Stripe, which maintains its own accessibility work. A demonstration checkout without Stripe is available during testing.
  • Translations. Some newer interface text is shown in English until its translation is finished, and page titles are in English.
  • Customer photos. Photos in the gallery are shared by customers. We show the caption they wrote as the description, and we add a generic description when there is none.

Tell us about a barrier

If something on LoveBits.ai is hard or impossible for you to use, email accessibility@lovebits.ai with the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within five business days and will tell you what we can do and when. If a barrier stops you from designing or ordering, tell us and we will work with you to find another way to get your keepsake.
